My Server got suspended because of an abuse

We forward abuses that we receive from the datacenter and other sources to the customer via email.

After a limit is reached, the server will be suspended.

This suspension is required to protect IP reputation and protect from missusing the provided infrastructure.

 

The customer can request an unsuspend after we did not receive new abuses for at least 7 days.

This is required because otherwise our upstream providers will think we support abusive behaviour and also it will harm the IP reputation of the whole network.

 

There are situations where we receive abuses for issues that happend in the very past ( > 7 days ago ).

If you have been caught in such a situation, please contact us, so we will check things in details and maybe there is a possibility to unsuspend your server before 7 days passed.

In all other situations please contact us after 7 days for an manual unsuspend.
